Is Your Zelo.tv streaming legal?

Yes, streaming is completely legal. The courts have regularly held that illegal downloading of copyrighted material is an infringing act that can subject both the downloader and the facilitator to civil penalties. Streaming content is not the same activity as downloading content. Downloading saves a copy of a work locally and distributes that copy to other parties illegally. Streaming, on the other hand, is the ability to watch live and archived content as it plays. The activity does not reproduce the protected content as is the case when a file is reproduced and disseminated through downloading. A stream plays once and disappears from the watcher’s computer screen afterwards.

How do you receive your username and password after you purchase Zelo.tv

You will create your own username and password when you sign up. please check your email for downloading instructions and username and password confirmation. as well check spam folder if have not received your instructions

Can I use Zelo.tv anywhere?

Yes, you can access Zelo.tv anywhere in the world with a high-speed internet connection, or on a phone or tablet that has quality 4g LTE all depending on your cellular network. We recommend 15- 20 mbps internet speed. We do not bind you on IP addresses.

What devices will Zelo.tv work on?

Android boxes, Android & set top boxes (SP-110), Amazon FireBox & FireStick, Nvidia Shield, Android phones and tablets ***(Coming Soon) – iOS iPhones and IPads

Do we offer support?

Yes, we have technical staff that will answer all your questions. If you have an account with us, please email us for support at support@zelo.tv (Please provide your Zelo.tv Username if you are already a customer in support comments section) If you are a new user asking for extra information not available on our website, you can or use our Contact page to email us. We offer email support and our response time is from 1-8 hours on business days (Monday to Saturday) from 8 am to 6 pm (PST).  Closed Sundays.

Parental control

If you want to block channels then go to parental control panel in settings top right corner click parental controls and create a password and then you will be able to block any channels you want that’s it.

How many devices can be watched at the same time?

Each subscription allows you to watch on up to 3 devices simultaneously.  However, the Zelo.tv App can be installed on up to 10 devices.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your monthly subscription. Cancellation is easy. Just email our support team support@zelo.tv 48 hours or earlier before your subscription renews. Enter your username in the comment section of the support page email and we will automatically cancel your subscription.

Subscription Renewal

Zelo.tv monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed 30 days from your sign up date. If you no longer wish to have the service then you can cancel your account at anytime.
